Ultrasound diagnostics - is a diagnostic technique based on the use of the effect of ultrasound waves in recognizing the structure of internal organs and systems, their relative location and functioning. Doctors of ultrasound diagnostics help to accurately diagnose diseases of internal organs and musculoskeletal system. A feature of ultrasound in our Medical Center - Skhidnytsia is that both children and adults can be examined at a convenient time for the patient.

At this stage of development of medicine, ultrasound is the safest and one of the most effective methods of examination of the human body. Its popularity is explained by reliability, simplicity, speed of results, painlessness and cheapness. The method is based on one feature of body tissues - different organs conduct and reflect ultrasound waves (vibrations with a frequency of more than 20 kHz) differently. The ultrasound machine emits ultrasound, and its sensors perceive and process the signal reflected from the organs, showing the diagnostician the state of the human internal organs. Despite the "youth" of the method (ultrasound examination in medicine is used for about 60 years), it is widely used for diagnostics in almost all areas of medicine. It is prescribed by urologists, gynecologists, neurologists, gastroenterologists, endocrinologists, mammologists and many other narrow specialists.
